Retro Type Milk Jug

While visiting my sister in New York I found a bunch of ceramic markers and thought it would be a great idea to create some fun hand lettered mugs for the etsy shop. I also came across a blank milk jug that was just asking to be scribbled on. I love when type gets used in an ‘out of the box’ manner, you can see a lot of this on this instagram account. If you’re looking for type inspiration or a guide for what to write, check out myfonts.com. I found something I liked and tried to draw out something similar, I used pencil first and then went over with a ceramic marker.
